The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dummy throws a right and a left that Holmes avoids nicely.
Dummy takes a swing at Holmes's ribcage but misses.
Dummy comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Dummy lands a really nice looking cross but Holmes seems unphased.
Holmes keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Holmes throws out a loose jab but Dummy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Dummy tries to bum rush Holmes with a series of wild strikes but Holmes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A punch combination from Dummy misses.
Dummy pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Holmes back to the cage. Dummy follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dummy catches Holmes with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Holmes changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dummy tries to avoid it but Holmes manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dummy to the ground. Dummy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dummy goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Holmes swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Holmes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dummy circles away quickly and effectively.

Angle shoots in looking for a takedown. Freese tries to sprawl out of it but Angle keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Freese manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Freese takes a swing at Angle's ribcage but misses.

It looks like Barack Angle has been cut.

Craig Freese decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
