Gabriel Fenili told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Routalempi throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fenili sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Routalempi avoids a kick to the body.

Fenili rushes Routalempi and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Routalempi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fenili fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Routalempi has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

and Fenili counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

I think Tavarius might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eminem - Almost Famous. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!
