Borcuha slaps away a takedown attempt from Teremetskiy, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Borcuha dodges the punch combination from Teremetskiy.
Teremetskiy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Teremetskiy gets caught flat footed, as Borcuha shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Borcuha goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Teremetskiy has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Borcuha but great work by Teremetskiy.
Borcuha has one of Teremetskiy's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage.
You can see the frustration on Borcuha's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Borcuha is trying to control Teremetskiy's posture but Teremetskiy avoids it.
Borcuha parries the strikes from Teremetskiy easily there. Teremetskiy is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Borcuha to escape.
Borcuha holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.
You can see the frustration on Borcuha's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Borcuha working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Teremetskiy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Teremetskiy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Borcuha has a closed guard, preventing Teremetskiy from standing up.

Borcuha is pulling down on Teremetskiy's head. It's preventing any offense from Teremetskiy, at least for the moment.
Borcuha's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Teremetskiy has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Borcuha to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Teremetskiy is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Borcuha pulls down on the head and he's put Teremetskiy to sleep! This one is all over!

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Vovkov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mussolini is fending him off so far but Vovkov persists. Nope, Mussolini circles away and we're back to standing.
Benito Mussolini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mussolini pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

It looks like Vlad Vovkov has been cut.
Mussolini scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
De Luca pushes LaRocque off looking to stand but LaRocque dives back in and keeps control.

LaRocque has picked De Luca up - he's going for a ride! LaRocque dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
LaRocque takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
De Luca really doesn't want to stay on the ground with LaRocque. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

LaRocque is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
LaRocque controlling the action here.

LaRocque misses with a takedown attempt - De Luca sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

De Luca tries to close the distance and clinch up but LaRocque swats him away and circles back towards the center.
De Luca misses with a few strikes there.
LaRocque fails with the takedown.
No joy there for De Luca, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

And that's the end of the fight!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for LaRocque, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Busmalis lands a left and a right that send Mir crashing to the mat, dazed. Busmalis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Busmalis dances in with a quick combination. Mir is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Busmalis snaps Mir's head back. Mir stumbles backwards against the cage. Busmalis steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Mir's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Mir just didn't come prepared.

Matos postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hykoppling looks a forlorn figure.

Hykoppling is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Matos locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Hykoppling is forced to tap!
