Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luke Sanderrs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ninja Assassin!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assassin is looking to clinch.

Assassin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sanderrs looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Assassin scores with punches from side control.
Assassin works to advance to full mount. Sanderrs defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Assassin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
It looks like Assassin might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Sanderrs is rocked!

It looks like Luke Sanderrs has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Assassin takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Assassin jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Sanderrs manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Assassin is staying tight to Sanderrs's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Cheez avoids a kick to the body.
McClane has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
McClane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
McClane throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Horrible takedown by Cheez or perhaps it was just good defense by McClane which made him look bad.
Cheez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Cheez closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. McClane quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
McClane trying to control but Cheez postures up.
Cheez wants to free his trapped foot but McClane is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Cheez decides to return to a standing position.
Cheez misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Cheez fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. McClane sprawls well initially but Cheez persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Cheez might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control McClane kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

McClane flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Cheez looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks McClane with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Cheez shoots in looking for a takedown. McClane tries to sprawl out of it but Cheez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. McClane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
John McClane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of King Cheez.

McClane throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

After the fight, John McClane was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Adamek changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Moorhouse tries to avoid it but Adamek manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Moorhouse to the ground. Moorhouse escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Adamek shoots in looking for a takedown but Moorhouse manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Adamek's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Moorhouse is fighting off a takedown attempt but Adamek is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Moorhouse to the mat. Moorhouse regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Moorhouse wants to stand and escape but Adamek is having none of it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Steven Moorhouse.
I think Adamek has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Urameshi throws a leg kick which misses Pitt's front leg but catches the back leg as Pitt tries to avoid it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pitt is still on wobbly legs! Can Urameshi finish him?
Urameshi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pitt chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Urameshi can pounce on him.
Look low, kick high! Urameshi uses the oldest trick in the book to send Pitt tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Urameshi is absolutely delighted - when Pitt wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
