Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Peter Stinkstra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Vladimar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Peter Stinkstra has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Peter Stinkstra seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stinkstra feints and as Vladimar raises his hands in defense, Stinkstra changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Stinkstra won't allow Vladimar to get back to his feet.
Stinkstra might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Vladimar is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Stinkstra would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Stinkstra won't allow Vladimar to get back to his feet.

Saukko lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Saukko shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Plant is trying to defend but Saukko finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Saukko seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Plant does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
