The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kova changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silvesk tries to avoid it but Kova manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silvesk to the ground. Silvesk escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kova throws a right and a left that Silvesk avoids nicely. Kova misses with a series of wild punches.

A punch combination from Diaz misses. Diaz is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Monster had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Diaz connects with a nice looking jab.

Diaz is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

McGoo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McGoo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Dell wants to clinch but Hammer slips to the side and Hammer counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dell moves into full guard.
Hammer must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dell has his hands on Hammer's head, controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hammer throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Dell lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hammer! Dell is standing up, even though he is in mount. Hammer lands a really nice looking cross but Dell seems unphased.

Left hook, right uppercut from Dell. Dell tries for a takedown but Hammer sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Frank Hammer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dell.
And that's the end of the fight! Bowman Dell showed his dominance in that final round. Well Dell has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Pollard does no damage. Beatdown swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pollard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Beatdown paws at him with a jab and circles away. Pollard takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A looping hook to the body misses from Beatdown. Pollard does a little dance to reset his feet. Beatdown moves away from the strike by Pollard. A solid leg kick lands there for Pollard.
Donk. Pollard catches Beatdown right on the button with a cross. Pollard gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Craig Pollard has been cut. Beatdown looks to throw the jab but Pollard is out of range. Pollard with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Beatdown to score with a decent uppercut. This has been an exciting period of action! Pollard fails to land with a series of punches.
