Shouse shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Yurinov sprawls well. Yurinov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Shouse gets slowly back to his feet.
Yurinov thuds his right hand into Shouse 's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Shouse drops his hands momentarily and Yurinov needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Shouse just on the top of the head. Shouse drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Shouse - he's done!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Dux has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Dux quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Dux but it's paid off an Traynor is forced to tap! Nice work by Dux.

Nikitin has hold of Johnson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Johnson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Johnson is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Nikitin has taken his back.
Nikitin is trying to stick to Johnson's back but Johnson is turning into Nikitin. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Nikitin's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Johnson.

Johnson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nikitin as he avoids it easily.

Johnson moves forwards but Nikitin connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Nikitin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Johnson on the side of the head.

Johnson shoots in looking for a takedown. Nikitin tries to sprawl out of it but Johnson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nikitin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Nikitin lands a big uppercut and Johnson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Johnson looks OK. Nikitin waves Johnson back to his feet!
Oh Johnson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Johnson shoots in but Nikitin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Johnson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Nikitin drops Johnson with a beautiful combination! Johnson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Nikitin is looking for the KO!
Johnson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nikitin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Johnson somewhat.

Nikitin fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Johnson out cold! Brutal finish!
