The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Groot throws the left hand but Bravado avoids the punch easily.
Groot throws out a loose jab but Bravado uses good head movement to avoid it.
Groot thumps Bravado with a low kick.
Groot connects with a crisp jab.
Bravado fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Groot manages to avoid it.
Bravado throws a looping overhand right but Groot ducks down to avoid it.
Bravado doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Bravado ducks under a wild hook from Groot.
A big left from Bravado misses.
Some bone on bone action there as Bravado checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Groot looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bravado's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Groot connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bravado scrambles back to his feet.

Bravado takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Bravado walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Groot fakes the body blow, causing Bravado to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Bravado goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Knocko Blocko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
