Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jaspar Fletch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Errol Field (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Field has chosen Best of Sakuraba as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Errol Field told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Kami is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Narushima has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Kami is cranking Narushima's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Narushima! He's tightened the choke and Narushima is tapping out!

Takeshi lands a head kick. Simson smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Simson tries a head kick but it misses.
Takeshi misses with a leg kick.

Takeshi rushes Simson and presses him up against the ropes.
Simson has had enough of the clinch but Takeshi keeps him there for the moment.

Simson decides to pull guard.
Simson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Takeshi postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Takeshi is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Simson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Takeshi on the ground.
Takeshi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Simson's guard.

Takeshi is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Simson has managed to free his arm - good work.
Simson is trying to control but can't.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Simson tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Takeshi has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Otool throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mok.

Mok gets caught napping as Otool dives in and scores a takedown. Mok manages to retain guard.
Otool postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Mok had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Otool defends it easily.

We're going to have a standup here because Dong Bae Mok wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Otool is trying to trip Mok. He has hold of a leg but Mok is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Otool persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Mok is trying to control the position but Otool postures up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Otool can do anything to dispel that myth.

Mok thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Otool if he has to take too many more of those.

Mok fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Otool has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Mok makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mok.

Mok is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Otool rolls with it to try and escape but Mok cranks on the arm and Otool is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
