That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ruslan Chonbov.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Chonbov, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighta dodges the punch combination from Ramirez.
Alex Ramirez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ramirez throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fighta was covering up waiting for the punch and Ramirez finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sumner avoids it really well and circles away.
Sumner leaves Silva with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sumner works the jab nicely.
Sumner connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Silva's hands.
Silva fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Barney Sumner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Silva.

Silva is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Silva swats away the attempt to clinch by Sumner.
Sumner throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silva.

Silva changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sumner looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round but I would say that Barney Sumner will probably get the nod.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jackson, as that shot connected.
Hyuuku darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Hyuuku misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jackson.
Jackson throws the kick towards the body but Hyuuku avoids it.
Jackson throws a lazy right hand but Hyuuku sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hyuuku just misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hyuuku.

In his post fight interview, Shinigami Hyuuku started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
