Murch bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

McBrain throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Abdul stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

McBrain tries to bum rush Abdul with a series of wild strikes but Abdul uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Abdul ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McBrain moves away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but Jyrska Velmu did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.
