Guerrero throws a series of punches but Bob moves out of range.
Bob scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Guerrero doesn't seem bothered though.
Nice straight punches there by Bob. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bob.

Guerrero decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Bob wants to get back to his feet.
Guerrero wants to take a breather but Bob is having none of it.
Guerrero working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Bob's thigh. Bob counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Bob scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Guerrero tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bob swats him away and circles back towards the center.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bob lands the left hand.

Bob lands a slapping body shot.
Bob cracks Guerrero with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Guerrero tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Bob pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Guerrero is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). WIlliam Bob!

Halo stuffs the takedown attempt from Jones. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.
Jones misses with a double jab.
Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Halo's waist but Halo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side.
Halo fails with the takedown
and Jones counters with a series of strikes. Halo will be more careful next time no doubt.
Halo tries to land a leg kick but Jones saw it coming and moves away.
Halo stuffs the takedown attempt from Jones. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.
Cristiano Halo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Jones.
Jones misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jones. Halo does a little dance to reset his feet.

Halo throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Halo is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Jones has managed to free his arm - good work.
Jones is looking for a sweep. Halo is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Halo is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Jones is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
