Mario Matiss seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Matiss thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Shackleford if he has to take too many more of those.
Matiss seems to be stalking Shackleford here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Shackleford drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

Wilson lands a left and a right that send Aybara crashing to the mat, dazed. Wilson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Perrin Aybara has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wilson checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Aybara takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Wilson cracks Aybara with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wilson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Aybara to stand back up!

I think Wagon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Requiem For A Dream.
