Knoxville fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches McQueen on the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Knoxville lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as McQueen crumples to the floor! Knoxville milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Johnny Knoxville!
