That was a close round but I would say that Erik Skarsgard will probably get the nod.

Skarsgard tries to clinch up but Balboa pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Skarsgard to the mat! Skarsgard covers up and Balboa unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
