Alvarez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bicki's waist but Bicki gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Alvarez off to one side.
Alvarez tries to bum rush Bicki with a series of wild strikes but Bicki uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bicki comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Alvarez is breathing heavily.

Bicki shoots in and bounces Alvarez off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Alvarez is working an open guard so Bicki takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Bicki shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Alvarez as he avoids it easily.

Alvarez takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Oh Alvarez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bicki has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Bicki lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Alvarez falls backwards - clearly groggy! Bicki dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
