The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from King finds it's way round the side to connect with Machine's head.
Machine shoots in and drives through. King sprawls well.
King fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

King buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Machine takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
King cracks Machine with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Machine looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? King is fending him off so far but Machine persists. Nope, King circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Machine takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
King displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
King drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Machine right on the button. Machine goes down! King follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! King gets the win via TKO!

Gonzales shoots in but no luck this time.

Gonzales throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rua was covering up waiting for the punch and Gonzales finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Rua has his foot on Gonzales's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gonzales works his way back into a safe position though.

Rua working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gonzales doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Rua is tightening it up a little... Gonzales has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Gonzales reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Gonzales taps out! Nice BJJ there by Rua!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Iglig Bloodrock.
