The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shuler scores with a takedown into Voll's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Voll avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Shuler wants to pass the guard but Voll is keeping the position.
Shuler wants to control from the top but Voll keeps moving.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Voll can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Shuler controls the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Vilhem Shuler just wasn't active enough.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Shuler accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Voll lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shuler circles away quickly and effectively.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round but I would say that Vilhem Shuler will probably get the nod.

Voll cracks Shuler on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Shuler falls backwards against the ropes. Voll follows up with more strikes that drop Shuler to his knees. Voll keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Shuler! This one is all over!
