The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dirt dives in and grabs Moks's left leg, looking for a takedown. Moks pushes down on Dirt's head and hops out.
Moks misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Moks shoots for a double leg takedown but Dirt sprawls well. He's pushed Moks's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Moks dives in and grabs Dirt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dirt pushes down on Moks's head and hops out.
Joe Dirt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafal Moks.

and Moks counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moks is on top in guard.

Dirt is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Moks defends well.

Moks drops back looking for a leg! Dirt is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dirt manages to kick Moks off! Moks jumps back into Dirt's guard.

Dirt has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Moks is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Dirt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Moks is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Dirt looks calm but he's in trouble here. Moks gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Dirt is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Moks lets go of the hold and Dirt can pop his arm back in it's socket.
