The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gunn gets a double leg takedown into Bob's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Gunn got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bob has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gunn has managed to get both his arms back between Bob's legs - danger averted.
Gunn trying to control but Bob is working from the bottom.
Gunn might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bob kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

This one could be over very soon! Gunn goes limp - he's gone! Bob jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Bent rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Beck moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bent throws a right and a left that Beck avoids nicely.
Beck lands a right hook to the body.

Beck throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Big fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Howe manages to avoid it.
Big takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Big shoots for a double leg takedown but Howe sprawls well. He's pushed Big's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Pong feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Pong closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cattermole circles away.
