The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honda shoots in looking for a takedown but Elliot manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Honda's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Elliot throws a sloppy head kick

and Honda counters with a single leg into guard. Elliot didn't expect that.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Honda is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Honda is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Elliot is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Honda tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Honda has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Keisuke Honda has got the better of the ground game so far.

Honda thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Honda wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Elliot, who protects the arm well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mustafin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Chocolate flashes Russomando a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Russomando's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Russomando crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Chocolate punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Durkin with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Flandry to score with a decent uppercut.
