Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silencer Ducanny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida comes to the cage accompanied by For Whom The Bell Tolls. Ducanny is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by ACDC Born To Be Wild. Silencer Ducanny told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Machida drops Ducanny with a beautiful combination! Ducanny stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Machida is looking for the KO!

It looks like Silencer Ducanny has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ducanny is aggressively charging in as Machida backs up avoiding any damage. Machida tosses out a jab and Ducanny runs right into it face first! Ducanny is out cold! Machida dropped down on all fours and is barking in Ducanny 's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belfort takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Belfort fails with an attempt to clinch.
Belfort connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Speedo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Belfort.
Belfort misses with a straight left.
Belfort misses the shot to the body.
Belfort throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Belfort throws an overhand right that lands on Speedo's shoulder, as Speedo tries to avoid the shot.
Speedo throws a right and a left that Belfort avoids nicely.
Speedo looks to land a left hand but Belfort moved out of range nicely.
Speedo takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Speedo lands a nice hook to Belfort's body. Belfort takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Belfort cracks Speedo with a good jab.
Belfort throws a hook to the side of Speedo's head but Speedo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Speedo lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Vitor Belfort has been cut.
Belfort looks gassed!
Belfort tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Speedo was well out of range. Poor timing from Belfort.

Belfort moves in looking to clinch but Speedo pushes him off.
Speedo moves out of range as Belfort strikes.
Speedo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Speedo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Speedo.
Belfort throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Belfort throws a jab but it's blocked by Speedo.
Speedo digs a good hook to Belfort's body.
The fighters circling - Belfort throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Speedo dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Speedo lands a nice hook to Belfort's body. Belfort takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Speedo lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Vitor Belfort seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Speedo lands a slapping body shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Speedo wobbles Belfort with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Speedo dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Belfort to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!

Karl looks to land a body kick but Kongo moved away.
Kongo throws a lazy head kick
and Karl counters with a low kick, right behind Kongo 's knee.
Kongo lands with a thumping leg kick.
Kongo fakes the leg kick and cracks Karl in the body.
Karl moves out of range of the body kick.
Kongo plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like John Karl has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kongo, as that shot connected.
A head kick misses from Kongo.
An inside leg kick lands from Kongo.
Kongo lands a lovely overhand right.
Karl throws a push kick but Kongo slaps the foot to one side.
Kongo smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Karl tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Karl looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kongo lands a head kick!

That has opened up John Karl's cut even more.
Karl lands a high kick!
Karl moves forwards but Kongo connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Karl is rocked!
Kongo feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Karl collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
