Shield shoots for a takedown but Bautista saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Shield is just content to waste time from the top position. Bautista takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Bautista pivots and extends the arm, Shield falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Bautista! Well done that man!

Nice defenses there by Li.
Li rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Walker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Li moves out of range as Walker strikes.
Li misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Li scores with a jab.
Li takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Walker stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Li fails to land with a series of punches.

Walker cracks Li with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Walker has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Li to stand back up!

It looks like Bran Li has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Walker jabs at Li's body.
Li lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Li gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Walker gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between beej dem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tetsuo Chiba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think dem might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to born unknown. Chiba has chosen Chop Suey as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

dem's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Chiba connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! dem scrambles back to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Chiba drops dem with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but dem looks back up at him and smiles so Chiba waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
dem dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
dem gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Chiba gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
