Maximus is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Nasty looks to clinch

and Pert decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Nasty's guard.
Pert stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nasty swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Nasty working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Pert.
Nasty wants to stand but Pert is controlling the position.
Pert wants to pass the guard but Nasty is keeping the position.
Pert controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Pert stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nasty swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Torres has chosen Kill Bill Theme song as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Nakamura Torres told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!
