The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Omar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zangief swats him away and circles back towards the center. Omar looks to land a combination but Zangief avoids it well. Zangief misses with a takedown and Omar makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Omar throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Zangief Zangief has been cut. Zangief with a lazy takedown attempt and Omar counters with a stiff right hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Omar just misses with a punch to the body.
The fight stays on the outside here - Omar looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Omar moves in looking to clinch but Zangief pushes him off. Zangief trying to control but Omar is working from the bottom. Omar manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Omar is landing with some decent strikes but Zangief is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kazansky listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Adams moves into the clinch successfully.

Kazansky has hold of one of Adams's legs. Adams is fighting the takedown attempt but Kazansky gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Kazansky feints and as Adams raises his hands in defense, Kazansky changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Adams looking for a guillotine here but Kazansky defends easily.

That was a very nice submission by Adams.

Fadden wants to control from the top but Boxer keeps moving. Boxer is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Fadden stopping the sweep attempt from Boxer.
We're going to have a standup here because Mr Boxer wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Fadden missing with a left hand there. Boxer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Boxer fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Fadden fails in his attempt to clinch. Boxer throws a nice looking combination but Fadden bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Boxer throws a right hand that Fadden ducks under and follows up with a left that Fadden also avoids with ease. Boxer clinches up with Fadden and pushes him back against the cage. Boxer tries for a takedown. No joy.
Fadden wants the takedown. Boxer is fighting it off but Fadden persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Boxer's guard against the cage. Fadden gets to his feet. Boxer looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Fadden avoids a kick to the body.
Mr Boxer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Fadden throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Boxer moves into the clinch. Boxer tries for a takedown but Fadden manages to get underhooks.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Fadden wants to clinch up but Boxer keeps it at a distance. Sloppy strikes from Fadden. Those never looked like landing. Boxer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Boxer managing to block the knees to the body from Fadden.

Boxer is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Fadden gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Fadden taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Fadden gets control of Boxer's arms and successfully pulls guard. Fadden will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Fadden wants to sweep here but Boxer controlling him for the moment. Fadden escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Boxer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Fadden stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boxer swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jack Fadden is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boxer trying to control the position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Souza doesn't succeed with the takedown and Miller counters by clinching up. Miller keeps control of Souza as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Miller breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Miller throws a sloppy head kick and Souza moves out of range easily. Miller lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Souza closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Miller did well to prevent Souza getting side control. Souza is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Miller has managed to free his arm - good work. Miller is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Souza pulls his head out easily. Souza is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Miller is just riding it out for now. Souza eventually gives up the hold. Souza seems to be working for a kimura but Miller defends the submission attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duddy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Duddy throws a nice outside leg kick. Duddy lands a front kick. A big right from Jetson misses. Jetson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Jetson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Duddy moves away. Duddy is looking to clinch. Duddy tries to clinch and Jetson counters with a lovely straight right hand! Duddy scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
