That sent Jabari stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Baxter moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Baxter is looking to wear down Jabari with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Jabari on the wrong end of a nice hook.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Arian misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Arian falls off balance throwing a combination
and Peterson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. The fight stays on the outside here - Peterson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Arian misses with a lunging right hand
and Peterson counters with a takedown into side control. Arian is looking to regain half guard here but Peterson keeps moving and retains side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Peterson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Peterson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Peterson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Peterson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Arian is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. I think Marius might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to My World - Dale Oliver. Howe presses Vorenus against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. A hook to the body from Howe.
