Smith fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rocha, pushing him back against the cage.

A frustrated look appears on Smith's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Rocha drops down looking for an ankle pick but Smith pulls his leg out and moves away.

That was a close round but I would say that Carlos Rocha will probably get the nod.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Bryan Parinias hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Kamei lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Parinias shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kamei napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Parinias has an Americana. Kamei didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Parinias is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Parinias hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Man trying to control the position from guard on top but Holmes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Holmes pulls Man in close to prevent any damage.

We're going to have a standup here because Romulus Man wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Holmes is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Man has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Holmes should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Man has tightened it up now! Holmes should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
