The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson throws a nice looking combination but bennit bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
bennit pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Stevenson lands a big head kick that sends bennit tumbling to the mat! Stevenson takes a step backwards and waves bennit back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like cj bennit has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
bennit fails with an attempt to clinch.
Oh bennit is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
