The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hardcore had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Lennox is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Hardcore Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Lennox's back instead.
Lennox tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Lennox. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Power House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zawisza Czarny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). House comes into the arena with Die MF Die blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Zawisza Czarny was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
House shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Czarny but Czarny pushes him off and we're back to square one.
House fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
House looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
House takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Czarny throws a series of punches but House moves out of range.

Czarny closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
House is staying active underneath Czarny, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Czarny passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for House!

Czarny can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as House is looking to escape.
Czarny has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of House's face.

It looks like Power House has been cut.
Czarny is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. House can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
