The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hoi swivels and escapes.
Silva takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hoi fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hoi misses with a few strikes there.
Silva fails to land with a series of punches.
Silva closes the distance and clinches up with Hoi, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes Hoi against the cage but Hoi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Silva throws a right hand that Hoi ducks under and follows up with a left that Hoi also avoids with ease.
Hoi connects with a body shot.

Hoi scores with a one two! Silva had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Zina Silva has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
