The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benz tries for a takedown but LeBraun sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
LeBraun scores with a jab to the body.
LeBraun tries to bum rush Benz with a series of wild strikes but Benz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Benz throws a head kick that misses.
LeBraun throws a jab when Benz was well out of range.
LeBraun throws an overhand right that lands on Benz's shoulder, as Benz tries to avoid the shot.
Benz fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
LeBraun just misses with a punch to the body.

Benz decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

LeBraun is defending against the submission attempts here by Benz.

Benz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
LeBraun is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Benz is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. LeBraun looks calm but he's in trouble here. Benz gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. LeBraun is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Benz lets go of the hold and LeBraun can pop his arm back in it's socket.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pendrak scores with a kick to the midsection.

Pendrak fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rock sprawls well initially but Pendrak persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Pendrak stalling.
Pendrak prevents Rock from improving his position.
Pendrak is looking to advance position but Rock won't allow it.
Pendrak is taking a breather. Rock says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Let's hope that Pendrak has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Rock pushes Pendrak off looking to stand but Pendrak dives back in and keeps control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well Pendrak has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Money might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Davydenko has got the better of the exchanges.
