Termaelen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Pat Inoke overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Inoke lands a nice short elbow.

Spencer is trying to escape back to his feet but Inoke uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Spencer pushes Inoke away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Inoke gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Spencer is not content to let Inoke control the position.

Spencer is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Inoke is working to tighten is grip on Spencer's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Spencer has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Inoke is really squeezing tight and eventually Spencer passes out! Inoke breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
