The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

pressey feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
pressey stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pepper swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Pepper pulls pressey in close to prevent any damage.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Tanner connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Donovan tumbling to the canvas! Tanner pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Donovan was done - good stoppage!
