That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Danger Takeshi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in and drives through. Hierowato sprawls well.
Jones closes the distance and clinches up with Hierowato, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes Hierowato against the cage but Hierowato circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jones takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jones looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kamuto Hierowato has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Jones.
Hierowato connects with a nice looking jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones shoots for a takedown but Hierowato saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jones looks gassed!
Hierowato cracks Jones with an uppercut from hell and Jones crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Hierowato's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Hierowato postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Jones covers up, he's hurt! Hierowato keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Hierowato and the ref steps in to end the fight! Hierowato can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
