It looks like Jeremy Seeland has been cut.

Satomi manages to reverse the position and now he's in West's guard. Nice work there by Satomi.

Satomi seems to have locked his on tight now - West screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Satomi, as he picks up the win!
