5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Micheal Morton! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morton throws a series of punches but Rasputin avoids them all with ease. Rasputin shoots in but Morton avoids the takedown attempt easily. Rasputin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Morton.
Micheal Morton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Morton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Rasputin looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Morton!

Rasputin working for a choke but Morton is defending well. Morton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rasputin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rasputin is breathing heavily. Morton wants to get back to his feet. Rasputin is looking to control Morton but Morton is wriggling around and keeping busy.
 The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Morton preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Rasputin. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Rasputin is looking for a rear naked choke here but Morton reverses the position brilliantly into Rasputin's guard!

Rasputin is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Morton. A clash of legs there as Rasputin blocks the low kick. Morton misses with an uppercut. Rasputin saw that one coming. Morton lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Morton swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rasputin blocks a head kick by Morton.
Rasputin shoots in and bounces Morton off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard. Rasputin stops Morton from standing up. Rasputin forces his way into half guard. Rasputin trying to pass the guard but Morton defending well.
 That's five minutes gone in the round. Morton tries to kick Rasputin off but Rasputin keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Rasputin works his way into side control. Morton is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Rasputin asserts his dominance and retains side control. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
 That's six minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Morton displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Morton tries to bum rush Rasputin with a series of wild strikes but Rasputin uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Rasputin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Morton tries to avoid it but Rasputin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Morton to the ground. Morton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Morton throws a right and a left that Rasputin avoids nicely. Morton swinging wilding here.
Morton dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Donk. Morton catches Rasputin right on the button with a cross. It's a brutal combination of punches from Morton! Rasputin is backing up but he can't get away as Morton lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Rasputin and ends the fight. Great knockout.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith shoots in for a double leg but Hester sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Smith fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Hester tries to clinch up but Smith circles away and keeps his distance. Hester tries to land a leg kick but Smith saw it coming and moves away.
Hester throws a head kick that misses. Hester stuffs the takedown. Patrick Hester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Austin Smith. Hester throws an overhand right that lands on Smith's shoulder, as Smith tries to avoid the shot.

The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Geerts, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Fields feints and as Barnett raises his hands in defense, Fields changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Barnett wants to stand up but Fields is controlling him. Fields pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Barnett is keeping the position for now.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! kluubert loads up on a big right hand but Saturn slips the punch. Saturn throws a hook to the side of kluubert's head but kluubert sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. kluubert bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Saturn throws a right hand that kluubert ducks under and follows up with a left that kluubert also avoids with ease. Saturn wants to clinch. Saturn misses with a lunging right hand
and kluubert counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Saturn taking some punishment here, with kluubert in his half guard. kluubert thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Saturn's head. Saturn is looking to escape.
Saturn pushes kluubert off and gets back to his feet. Saturn throws out a leg kick but kluubert moves out of range and Saturn only half commits. kluubert looks to land a left hand but Saturn moved out of range nicely. Saturn scores with a crisp jab that stopped kluubert in his tracks. Saturn clobbers kluubert with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. This has been an exciting period of action! Saturn throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

 That's one minute gone in the round. kluubert distracts Saturn with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Saturn is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst kluubert is controlling him. kluubert stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Saturn swivels though and keeps the full guard.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Huima fails with the takedown.
Huima closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Huima lands in his opponent's guard. Colossus is pulling down on Huima's head. It's preventing any offense from Huima, at least for the moment. Colossus is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Colossus escapes and gets back to his feet. Huima avoids a punch combination nicely.
Huima shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Colossus as he jumps to the side. Colossus blocks a jab. Mika Huima seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Falapovic tries to lock up and control but Fen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

 It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Fen drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Fen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Falapovic. Falapovic misses with a few strikes there.
 That's nine minutes gone in the round. Falapovic throws a nice looking combination but Fen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baumgardner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Lee keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Lee cracks Baumgardner with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. A jab lands there for Lee.
 Baumgardner is rocked! Lee throws a pinpoint strike between Baumgardner's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Baumgardner crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Lee scores a great knockout victory!
