The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sky misses with a body kick.
Durden changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sky tries to avoid it but Durden manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sky to the ground. Sky escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Durden avoids the head kick by Sky.
Sky looks to land a right hand but Durden moved out of range.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Sky.
A jab from Sky misses.
Sky misses with a wild combination.
Sky throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Some wild striking there from Durden.
Durden takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sky tries to land a front kick but Durden steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Nice sprawl there from Durden as Sky shoots in.
Sky just misses with a punch to the body.
Sky throws a head kick that misses.
Sky gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Durden counters with a series of strikes that sends Sky to the canvas! Durden follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

Sky is rocked!

Durden is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Sky is still in real trouble! Can Durden finish him?

Durden drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Durden seems to have locked his on tight now - Sky screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Durden, as he picks up the win!

Strap throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Strap blocks the body kick.
Thunder throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Thunder avoids the head kick by Strap.
Thunder moves in looking to clinch but Strap pushes him off.
Thunder misses with a wild body shot.
Thunder shoots for a double leg takedown but Strap sprawls well. He's pushed Thunder's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Strap counters with a straight right hand.

Thunder drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Thunder sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Strap is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Thunder tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Thunder is trying to ground and pound but Strap uses the momentary lack of control by Thunder to regain half guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tommy Thunder.
I think Thunder has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The fight stays on the outside here - Mears looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A head kick by Mears - that's a beauty! Tapp is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Mears can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Blaver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith's entrance music is Rusty Cage. A fine choice. Blaver has chosen AC/DC's Hells Bells as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Kismet tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tantay paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kismet moves in looking to clinch but Tantay pushes him off.

Tantay feints and as Kismet raises his hands in defense, Tantay changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Kismet working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tantay doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tantay manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Tantay is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kismet is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kismet has escaped and now he's on top!

Tantay stalling away here and it's allowed Kismet to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Tantay has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Kismet has instead reached around Tantay's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Kismet arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ceasaigh lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Sisk backs up against the cage.
Sisk throws a head kick but Ceasaigh moves out of range.
Ceasaigh keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Ceasaigh throws a hook to the side of Sisk's head but Sisk sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sisk drops his hands momentarily and Ceasaigh takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Ceasaigh shoots in looking for a takedown. Sisk tries to sprawl out of it but Ceasaigh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sisk manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sisk goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Sisk fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sisk shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Ceasaigh wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Sisk swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ceasaigh counters with a left and a right that stings Sisk.

Ceasaigh ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Sisk is looking to clinch but Ceasaigh is avoiding it.

Mako looks to score with a jab to the body but Sanchez is just out of range.
