The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bernard fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Krasnoperov, pushing him back against the cage.
Bernard comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Andriy Krasnoperov has been cut.
Krasnoperov wants to stall.
Krasnoperov is trying to push Bernard away but Bernard has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Krasnoperov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bernard walks away with a smile on his face. Krasnoperov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Andriy Krasnoperov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
