Zeraka tries to clinch up letting Fernandez counter with a right hand. Zeraka tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Fernandez counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Zeraka gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Zeraka takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Nickatina is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Nickatina hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Cejudo was covering up waiting for the punch and Couture finishes the takedown easily into guard. Couture has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Couture is stalling in the full guard. Couture looking to sit in guard and control but Cejudo gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Couture not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roger Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Karl Thomas! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thomas throws a leg kick which misses Gracie's front leg but catches the back leg as Gracie tries to avoid it. Gracie shoots and misses and Thomas counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Thomas. Gracie jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Thomas walks away with a smile on his face. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Thomas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Thomas throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Roger Gracie has been cut. Gracie tries to clinch but Thomas moves away and Thomas counters with a head kick. That will keep Gracie thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gracie tries to clinch up and Thomas counters with a thumping low kick. Thomas goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Thomas throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Gracie. Thomas lands with a thumping leg kick.
Gracie looks to clinch and Thomas counters with a body kick. Gracie is breathing heavily. Thomas lands a big head kick that sends Gracie tumbling to the mat! Thomas takes a step backwards and waves Gracie back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Gracie is rocked!
Roger Gracie's cut is getting worse. Crack! A monster head kick from Thomas and Gracie falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Thomas!
