There's a bit of a scramble here and now Romero is on top in guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

That was a close second round but I would say that Pedro Romero will probably get the nod.

Kalir has left one of his arms exposed and Romero doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Kalir screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Colbert.
Colbert wants to control but Presley is keeping him busy.
Presley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Colbert. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Colbert throws a strike aimed at the side of Presley's head but Presley avoids it well.
Presley is pushing Colbert's head away, looking to escape. Colbert manages to hold on to the position though.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Presley can do anything to dispel that myth.
Presley dodges the ground and pound from Colbert.
Presley is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Colbert is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Presley is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Rolfes creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Knox sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
