The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suerto misses with a series of wild punches.
Hayes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Hayes cracks Suerto with a good jab.

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Hayes screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Michael Potter.
