Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between PeeWee Herman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Vos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vos comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Born to Kill kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Vos shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Herman tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Herman wants to hold on but Vos pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vos working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Vos connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Vos avoids the attempt from Herman to control.

Herman is in all sorts of trouble here.

It looks like PeeWee Herman has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vos has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Herman's face.
Herman is working to get back to half guard.
Vos loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Herman scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Vos land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Vos stands and salutes the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cardinal throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rush was covering up waiting for the punch and Cardinal finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Rush is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Rush is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Cardinal shoots for a double leg takedown but Rush sprawls well. He's pushed Cardinal's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

I think van de Reuzel might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to For A Few Dollars More. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.
