Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Badr Hari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hari tries to clinch there but James circles away.
James fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Hari shoots in but no luck this time.

James tries to keep at a distance but Hari has taken the fight into the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hari can do anything to dispel that myth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bosco takes a swing at Stoppa's ribcage but misses.
Stoppa avoids the head kick by Bosco.
Bosco ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Stoppa shoots in looking for a takedown. Bosco tries to sprawl out of it but Stoppa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bosco manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bosco gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Stoppa has gone for a leg lock! Bosco slips out almost immediately though and dives into Stoppa's guard.

Stoppa looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Bosco passes into side control.

Bosco has hold of Stoppa's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Stoppa tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bosco cranks the arm and Stoppa screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Stoppa, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
