The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chapman looks to throw the jab but Anderson is out of range.
Chapman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Anderson.
Chapman throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Chapman lands a left and a right that send Anderson crashing to the mat, dazed. Chapman thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Seth Anderson has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chapman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Anderson throws out the jab.
Leland Chapman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Anderson throws a hook but Chapman avoids it easily.

Chapman drops Anderson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Anderson looks back up at him and smiles so Chapman waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
