Company profile by Mentor Guru Corleone

On 25 April, 2015, the original GAMMA (Global Association of MMA) Organization, managed by the industrious Mentor Corleone (3503), presented the GAMMA#477 Boyko v Beater event, for the viewing pleasure of MMA fans around the globe. This event, located at the LA Memorial Colossuseum in Los Angeles, is proudly sponsored by GREEN!160 based in Las Vegas

This event hosted a two Title fights at 145 pounds between Timofey Boyko and Meat Beater for the Featherweight Championship, and at 155 pounds between Krystian Wojnasiewicz and Napoleon Dynamite for the Lightweight Championship. This action-packed event had 10 fights resulting in 2 knockouts, 1 submission 7 decisions (2 by split decision). Rabid Alien here to walk you through the survivors. All the vertabrae-crushing eardrum-popping details can be found at http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgeventpublic.php?EvID=827075

185 lbs fight between Allen Robinson (199380) and Craig Rave (78157)

Both fighters start out kinda slow and basically feeling each other out and considering both men have Black Belts in BJJ I kinda was surprised at the lack of takedowns. Rave had 15 takedown attempts and got only 3 of them...but he threw only 3 strikes and attempted only 2 submissions... Robinson didnt attempt ANY takedowns which also surprised me. Both men appeared to be weak in the Muay Thai department and niether man impressed me whatsoever in the standup battle. Overall I was somewhat bored and disappointed in this fight. Thankfully the judges were able to stay awake...I THINK?

Results: The 3 judges see the fight slightly differently at 30:27/29:28/30:27 in favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Allen Robinson !

265+lbs fight between Zeus "God King" Leonidas (219424) and Thor Boschat (212912)

Well the ball gets rolling right from the start when Borchat kicks Leonides in the BALLS...he didnt kick him in the PENIS...nobody kicks a guy in the PENIS for crying out loud! And if they did...he would probably LIKE it. Anyway...halfway thru round 1, Boschat cuts Leonidas with an impressive 4-punch combination, and then another ! Boschat must have practiced that a LOT in the prep for this fight, but he is not the only one who is finding his range and in the last minute of the round, Leonidas rocks Boschat with a right hand and then knocks him down with another right. But Boschat survives and when we get to Round 2, Leonides gets revenge and kicks Boschat in the BALLS. But its all over in the 2nd minute of round 2 when Boschat gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Leonidas gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Results: After 1:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zeus Leonidas! Leonidas was awarded "KO of the night" for this performance.

170 lbs fight between "The Force of Nature" Sami Sykloni (151785) and Stanly Williams (174422)

Ding! Ding! takedown Williams! Yep it was that fast...but Sykoli controls him nicely and it isnt long before the referee stands them up. But seconds later its Williams with the takedown again and he is throwing GnP but Sykloni is defending quite well and a minute later they are back on their feet. Another takedown for Williams and another standup for the ref... Just before the end of the round Williams kicks Sykloni in the BALLS. Round 2, Sykloni stuffs a takedown attempt and is leg kicking to slow Williams takedowns down. Round 3, Surprise! Now its Williams who stuffs a Sykloni takedown attempt. They are taking turns trying to get a takedown...u would think they could come to a mutual agreement...Sykloni with a right hand that rocks Williams who tries to counter with a takedown...stuffed. And again stuffed...and Sykloni is tryinmg to clinch and does...and swiftly jumps guard. Williams cant seem to find Sykloni with both fists, and the referee stands them up one second before the end of the fight. I think Williams could of won that fight if he improved his ground offense...

Results: All 3 judges see the fight the same at 29:28 in favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Sami Sykloni!

185 lbs fight between Jax "Scarslutje" Teller (144166) and Sepp "Sub" Maier (86796)

Teller the Master knockout fighter VS Maier the master submissions fighter. Well Im gonna guess it will be Maier with the takedown attempt and Teller with the stuff...Good Gravy I LOVE it when Im right! And again...again again again again AGAIN and Teller scores with a counter punch that sends Maier to the canvas! Teller smells blood - he's punishing Maier with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Maier has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref.

Results: After 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jax Teller!

170 lbs fight between "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka (159898) and "Ill" Illias Illiadis (192937)

Snuka straight to the clinch and of course being a ground fighter he is trying to take the fight to the ground and eventually does. He immediately starts working submissions and Illiadis also being a ground fighter tries a submission as well, and succeeds in taking Snuka's back but the bell rings before he can do much. Round 2, Snuka isnt scared about Illiadis having his back in the last round and clinches and then pulls guard instead of a takedown and goes right to the submission and he's got it! Illiadis screams in pain and taps out!

Results: After 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Jimmy Snuka! Snuka was awarded "Submission of the night" award for this performance.

155 lbs fight between Diego "Nightmare" Sanchez (142862) and "The Balled Of" Speedy Atkins (175107)

It was love at first sight for these two and these two get right to the hugging when Atkins rushes Sanchez and presses him up against the cage for the clinch. Every round Atkins would clinch up with his sweety Sanchez and they would hug and exchange blows until the end of the round. It a was lovely fight. Atkins threw half his punches to the body probably because he couldnt take his eyes off the sexy Sanchez physic and Sanchez focused mostly on punching Adkins cute face and when it was all over...

Results: The judges were probably confused by all the romance and saw the fight differently at 28:30/28:30/29:28 in favor of your winner, by split decision... Diego Sanchez!

205 lbs fight between Charles LaFontier (173319) and Lars "Blitzkreig" Voller (183546)

Another lovefest with the hugging and clinching. The biggest difference is that in this fight they threw some nice elbows...both of them were cut and in the last minute of the fight, Voller is rocked...but LaFontier could not get him to go down...and thats NOT a sexual pun.... It was easy to see who won the fight when LaFontier landed more than double the strikes as did Voller.

Results: All 3 judges see the fight the same at 27:30 in favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Charles LaFontier!

This fight is a TITLE fight at 155 lbs between the Champion, Krystian "Wojna" Wojnasiewicz (159688) and the Challenger, Napoleon Dynamite (191238)

Both men kicking and it soon became apparent that Wojnasiewicz was wanting to fight from the clinch...but the few times he got into a clinch, Dynamite would break off. Not sure why because they seemed about even in the clinch. Dynamite managed to get 2 takedowns, and did OK on the ground, but it was the glaring difference in the standing war that made this fight easy for the judges. Wojnasiewicz threw 160 strikes and landed 88 of them for a strike percentage of 55% which is really good for a 5 round fight. Dynamite threw damn near as many strikes at 152 and landed 47 for a 30% landed which aint really bad...but comes in easily second place to the storm of strikes landed by Wojnasiewicz.

Results: The judges see the fight somewhat differently at 50:45/49:47/50:45 in favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Krystian Wojnasiewicz! Krystian Wojnasiewicz retains his lightweight title!

170 lbs fight between Ray "The Raven" Lewis (199055) and Marshall Noir (112792)

Lewis is striking and stuffing takedowns and Noir is throwing combos and countering with takedown attempts. When Lewis starts kicking, Noir shoots in for the takedown and gets it. Lewis throws in a kimura and when Noir has to roll to get out of it, Lewis manages to reverse him and throw some GnP. About the time I expected the referee to stand them up, Noir gets a reversal and they end up standing just in time to end the round. Round 2, Lewis comes in swinging and Noir counters with a takedown, but Lewis manages to escape and get back to his feet. Lewis agin with the kicking and when it become predictable, Noir times it just right and gets the takedown again. They roll around like 2 dogs fighting over a bone and reverse each other and looks like a submission attempt in there somewhere and then Lewis stands up just in time for the round to end. Round 3, Lewis again with the kicking and lands a head kick which Noir uses to his advantage to get a takedown...unless he was stunned and FELL into it? Lewis has already shown he is slippery and flexible and has outstanding transitions, and this time he squirms around and has Noir's back and is throwing strikes. He pops Noir in the back of the head a couple times and the referee stands them up after warning Lewis about the cheap shots. The fight continues on in pretty much the same manner with Lewis being aggressive in the standup and Noir using takedowns as counter-moves and being squirmy and difficult on the ground. Noir did manage to try a couple submissions but no love...

Results: All 3 judges see the fight the same at 27:30 in favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Ray Lewis!

This fight is a TITLE fight at 145 lbs between Timofey "Beast" Boyko (151666) and Meat Beater (174503)

Beater comes out aggressive as hell and Boyko is defending and countering and apparently has no attacking in the gameplan... until he gets into the clinch and then he is feeding Beater knees and elbows for lunch. And thats pretty much how the fight went. Both men clinching and with Beater occasionally breaking clinch and both men using the entire arsenal in the standing battle. The main difference seemed to be Boyko using an incredible amount of knees and elbows in the clinch and Beater used ZERO. But Beater landing almost as many punches in the clinch and making it a damn close fight. I think these two will see each other in the cage again soon...

Results: The judges see the fight differently and score it 49:48/46:49/49:46 in favor of your winner, by split decision... Timofey Boyko! Timofey Boyko retains his featherweight title! This fight earned "Fight of the night" award. And a late-breaking report telling us the judges union is sending the judges in for eye exams due to such wide discrepancies in the scores...and I hear there is also an investigation into possible match-rigging....more to follow....

It was a lovely night for mayhem and slaughter and I hope u enjoyed it as much as I (and the winners) did...lol

GOODBYE!
