 The Global Association of MMA is proud to announce 3 more additions to our glorious hall of fame.
Jesse Venturia (44029), managed by Danil Ukolov, 20-26-0 in GAMMA, 5 FOTN awards. By the time he retired he had 46 total fights which is 4th in the all time list. He also came 2nd in total KOs and was top 10 in total wins. Truth is Jesse was the definition of gatekeeper. Never an elite fighter by any means, he spent most of his career in the mid tier. He rarely got to the 3rd round, it was either KO or get KOed. A guy which never backed down from a challenge which gave the org 3 1/2 solid active years of service.
Russ Rutger (62373), managed by Marky Mark, 11-3 in GAMMA, 8 FOTN awards, was the 170lbs champion with 4 title defences and a p4p #1 ranked fighter at 170lbs. His 11 fight winning streak was the longest in recent GAMMA history and what was more impressive is the fact he did it in a packed 170lbs division. Some of his highlight wins were over Henrik Torhammer, Cole River, Jurmas Uusisto, Cian McGarrity. The only regret we have is that we could not sign Russ earlier in his career, but it was a great run nevertheless.
Adis Djurdjevic (138400), managed by Per-Åke Fagerström, 17-10-2 in GAMMA, 13 FOTN awards, a top 100 p4p ranked fighter, he is also a 2 time 205lbs champion with 2 defences. While in GAMMA he had some massive wins over top 100 p4p fighters such as Hannibal Die Rücksichtslos, Degen Gambler, Nemanja Prijovic, Jesse Custer, Gegard Mousasi and Dick Inc. Was on way to becoming one of the true legends of GAMMA but he retired early due to manager inactivity, that does not take away from what he achieved in GAMMA though.
