Syn 372: Leroy Morris vs Charles Martel

Video article by Mark O'Sullivan

Very rarely we would seen in the world of MMA Tycoon a fighter breakout and become a star towards the end of their career but one fighter who is doing just that is 35 year old MMA Helsinki Hall of Famer Leroy Morris (23-13). Leroy Morris has been quite vocal in recent times and being eager to prove himself as one of the best Featherweight fighters in the world he not so long ago called out the legendary fighter Clint Lomax (63-20-4).

Editorial by Grumpy Bastard

Stomp-a-thon 19        25 July 2015        Review by Rabid Alien (102643)
The Romper Room Butt-Stompers has once again shown why its events are becoming the "place to be" here in Las Vegas with an incredible show at Wild Bob's Barthis July 25th.  This excitement packed event had 7 fights resulting in 6 knockouts, and 1 submission for the Butt-Stomping pleasure of the MMA fans who flocked in anticipation to see it.  This event is the 5th Stomper event to finish the night (4rd event in a row) and never hear a final bell!   This review will hopefully visualize for the fans who sadly missed it....just what a great evening they missed out on.  If my verbs and adjectives fail, u can get the violently tasty details at http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgeventmanager.php?EvID=840088.

The Rise of Havoc

Havoc Fighting League 260k, Fight Organization, Amsterdam
Company profile by

Spencer Kilco reporting for £4£: The best for MMA News, Views and Reviews

I recently meet with Liam Davidson, Owner of Havoc Fighting League. Based in Amsterdam they seem to have positioned themselves perfect for building a strong fan base and develop popular fighters. They only opened their doors at the beginning of this year yet they are already putting on some of the best events in Europe. I caught up with the man behind it all in Amsterdam at what has possibly the poshest sandwich shop to ever exist.

Why did you start Havoc?

I started with the obvious, wat drove Davidson to beco

Fighter of the week

Fighter profile of Ranky Scorpion by Bjorn O'Donnel

Ranky Scorpion

Rinky Spider you say? No, Ranky Scorpion it is. This HW destroyer is a bit less well known , but has one hell of a career and is coming to the top in spectacular fashion. Ranky started his career with a 6-0 record, but would lose his next two fights and got released by his manegement team.

After that, he was picked up by one of the best managers in the MMA world, Whymer Van Mastodon. Under his management, he got to a 7-4 record , with most of his fights being at Aggressive Damage. All of his losses have come by way of (t)KO and that might have been the reason that he got released once again by his team. The poor american HW looked on his way out of the big scene, but got picked up by popular media t

KOTB 1: Primórdios

Event Review: KOTB 1: Primórdios
King of the Beach (270k+)
2015-07-18, Rio de Janeiro, Micro Arena - Rio
Attendance:168, Event Rating:55
Author:

Hundreds, literally hundreds of people showed up the debut of the King of the Beach promotion. It may have been a quieter introduction than the promoters had planned for, but it was a night crammed full of lively fights and fresh-faced prospects making their introductions, so let’s get into the recap.

New York City’s PJ McDermott (1-0) flew in and got the promotion started with a dominating performance against the Turk, Inci Yarakos (1-2). Yarakos made the first move, attempting to grapple with McDermott. After a stuffed takedown, he made the mistake of moving into the clinch with the talented American. From there, McDermott crushed Yarakos with punches to the head and body, crumpling him to the cage for the referee stoppage.

Brazilian Lucas Campos (1-0) then smashed Walood Kassab (1-1) in the second fight of the night with crisp, devastating punch combinations. Kassab never had a chance to get anything going, as Campos delivered the final KO punch just fifteen seconds into the fight, securing a tasty $5,000 ‘KO of the night’ bonus check, as well as his spot in the Grassroot

KOTB 2: Recém-chegado

Event Preview: KOTB 2: Recém-chegado
King of the Beach (270k+)
2015-07-29, Rio de Janeiro, Paddy O'Malleys Bar - Rio
Author:

Hello Brazil fight fans, the new kids on the block, King of the Beach, will be holding their second event on July 29th at Paddy O'Malleys Bar, Rio’s favorite Irish drinking hole. We’ve got some great new talent, our semi-finals of our super heavyweight tournament, and we’re expecting our first ever sold-out show, so please join us. No really, please.

Getting the main card started are two large, undefeated heavyweight newcomers. Fighting out of the blue corner is a jiu-jitsu specialist out of Fortaleza, Gustavo “Montanha” Gouveia (2-0). Gouveia is quite a spectacle at 6’8” and some of the locals have gasped at his appearance, but his ground game nothing to laugh at. His competition has been pretty weak so far, so it’ll be interesting to see how me matches up with the British wrestler, “The Bulldog” Harry Milne (2-0). Milne, who’s just under 6’4” himself, will be looking for his second win since moving to Brazil from his home country and should be con

      Fabian Hoi

For the first time in the history of his career, Fabian Hoi has accepted to talk with the MMA media. There has been a lot of talk about him and he thinks it's his time to talk now. Find out more about the norwegian MMA prodigy in the following interview.
----

Hey Mr. Hoi! It's great to finally see you in person and being allowed to talk to you!

Likewise. I never really was informed by former managers that it is interesting for a fighter to promote himself. My manager Bjorn O'Donnel has changed my mind about that and learned me that in this modern age, it's actually important that the world knows about you.

It certainly is! Does that mean that we will here more often from you?

Yes indeed. As long as my agenda allows it, I will try to keep my fans and the media informed on my progress as a fighter and how my life is going. There
