As part of our continued effort to keep Synchronicity (SYN) among the top organizations in the game while maintaining financial stability, we are implementing a new fighter pay structure effective immediately.
This new model mirrors the successful system used in DMMA, where fighter compensation is directly tied to the value they bring to the organization — based on combined hype and popularity. Fighters with higher total hype and pop are naturally the ones driving ticket and PPV sales, and this system ensures pay reflects that contribution.
💰 Why the Change
Despite being one of the most elite orgs in MMA Tycoon, SYN has faced increasing financial strain competing against rival orgs like Combate, whose seemingly unlimited funding allows them to overpay fighters unsustainably. While SYN’s goal has never been to “make money,” we must maintain a stable profit margin in order to continue providing:
Reliable, consistent fight opportunities
Fair and competitive pay
Elite-level matchups for fighters and managers who want the best competition in the game
Once we’ve reestablished a stable weekly profit margin, fighter pay will gradually increase again in stages. Our aim is to reward loyalty and performance while ensuring SYN remains strong, competitive, and self-sustaining long term.
I want to sincerely thank every manager and fighter who continues to support SYN through this transition. I understand this may be inconvenient for those who prioritize cash above all else, but SYN has always been about competition, prestige, and legacy — not just the paycheck. All contracts will follow the pay structure below, ensuring fairness and consistency.
