Warriors, a number of you signed contracts with $1 signing bonuses when we were short on money. All of you have a new contract in your box that has your signing bonus in it. We are doing okay on funds now and as the first batch of initial fighters finishes their inaugural contracts, we will be bumping them up from $500 to 750/750/750 with Champions getting 900/900/900. Once we start filling the larger stadiums (hopefully by the end of February we can start in with some 1000 contracts. This will allow your island fighters to get into some of the overpriced island gyms and get good training prior to the end of the season as well as start building a nest egg for when the season is over.
All I ask is that you don’t quit on your fighters after 1 loss and don’t sign a contract and then cut the fighter without fighting. This hurts all the active managers and fighters because that is money I can’t not give to their fighters. Currently every fighter on the roster has a fight offer except 5 (they are waiting on championship fights or for an opponent that they have not fought yet. And if your going to cut a fighter and they have a fight offer, accept the fight before you make them a FA please.
If you need faster fights let me know. We have started booking three fights a week that is 60 fighters banging, we currently have 157 on the roster, that gives every fighter a fight about every 2 weeks (giving time for cuts and injuries for some). We are looking for new fighters in every weight class, but at 145 lbs (we need strikers (everyone and their brother has a brown belt), 155 lbs (any style) and 265+ need some more meat for the meat grinder.
