Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Angelo (ranked 1312 p4p, 67 weight class) and Ricardo Vontreal (ranked 3695 p4p, 146 weight class). Angelo comes to the cage accompanied by Jack Parow - Cooler as Ekke. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ricardo Vontreal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angelo shoots in and drives through. Vontreal sprawls well.
Angelo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The fight stays on the outside here - Angelo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Vontreal connects with a jab.
Vontreal lands the left hand.
Vontreal ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Angelo moves away.
As Vontreal tries to get set, Angelo tries to push him back and clinch up but Vontreal manages to avoid the attempt.
Vontreal lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Angelo staying out of range there.
Angelo feinted with a counter takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vontreal connects with a single shot there.
Angelo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Vontreal looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Vontreal throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Angelo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A jab from Vontreal finds it's way through Angelo's defenses.
Angelo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Angelo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Vontreal manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Vontreal looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Vontreal throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Angelo feinted with a counter takedown.

Angelo has taken the fight to the clinch.
Angelo misses with a body punch.
Vontreal lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Vontreal scores with a shot to the side of Angelo's head.

Vontreal escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Vontreal manages to break the clinch.
Jab, jab by Vontreal - just one landing.
Vontreal swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Vontreal connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Vontreal might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Vontreal misses with a looping left.
Angelo drops down looking for a counter takedown but Vontreal sprawls and moves away.
Angelo walks into a left hand.
Angelo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Vontreal connects with a nice cross there... Angelo is looking wobbly and Vontreal recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Angelo to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Vontreal jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
